We ship to Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Every order is paid cash on delivery (COD).
Rates and delivery time
- Kosovo — 1-2 business days — 2,00 €
- Albania — 2-4 business days — 5,00 €
- North Macedonia — 2-4 business days — 5,00 €
Order processing
Orders placed before 15:00 (Mon–Fri) are prepared and shipped the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The courier calls you before delivery.
Size exchange
If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size of the same model within 14 days of delivery. The sneakers must be unworn, with tags and in the original box. The first exchange is free — return shipping is on us within Kosovo.
Incorrect address
Please double-check the address and phone number before confirming the order. If the address is wrong and the package is returned, a re-shipping fee may apply.
