Terms of service
By using heysneakers.store you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. The contract
The contract between you and heysneakers.store is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for stock reasons, suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
3. Payment
We accept cash on delivery (COD) only. The courier collects the amount in cash when the order is delivered.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia at the rates shown on the Shipping page. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, holidays).
5. Exchanges and cancellation
You can cancel an order by emailing us before the courier leaves for delivery. Size exchanges are free within 14 days according to the Shipping page policy.
6. Product authenticity
We guarantee every pair is 100% authentic. If you receive an item you suspect is not authentic, contact us immediately — we will re-verify and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of time or profit.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Pristina.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its last-updated date always appear at the bottom of this page.
